Join us at Chauhan Ale & Masala House on Wednesday, February 26 for an extraordinary chef dinner! Maneet Chauhan is thrilled to welcome her friend and celebrity guest chef Romy Gill as they collaborate on a truly unique vegan Indian dinner inspired by Chef Gill’s new cookbook ZAIKA – Vegan Recipes from India.

In addition to her debut cookbook, Chef Gill, based in England, has made quite a name for herself, being appointed an MBE (Most Excellent Order) by the British Empire in 2016. She was the owner and executive chef of Romy’s Kitchen for many years and has appeared on several British television shows. With her new book and contributions as a food and travel writer to international publications, Chef Gill is now focused on bringing her cooking to a wider audience before opening another restaurant. We could not be more excited to have her visiting us!

This special event will include a multi-course dinner plus a welcome cocktail and Chauhan’s house red and white wine. You also have the opportunity to purchase Chef Gill’s cookbook in addition to your ticket at the time of checkout. Be sure to secure your spot before it’s too late!
