Join us as chef Maneet Chuahan partners with Bon Appetit contributor and author Priya Krishna for a special, one-night-only dinner to celebrate Priya’s new cookbook, Indian-ish. Recently named one of the New York Times’ Best Cookbooks for Spring, Indian-ish is filled with family recipes redolent of Priya’s Indian heritage but infused with American ingredients that make for a unique fusion cuisine she lovingly calls “Indian-ish.” Bright and playful, the book is filled with favorites like Roti Pizza, Whole Roasted Cauliflower with Green Walnut Chutney, Indo-Malaysian Ramen, and Indian Gatorade. The three-course seated dinner will feature recipes from the book prepared by chef Chauhan with a book signing to follow.

Tickets include dinner, wine, gratuity and a signed copy of Indian-ish.
