Braised Pork Shank

This is my second time at this AMAZING restaurant and it was my 2nd time getting this braised pork shank. OMG! FALL OFF THE BONE DELISH-NESS! I don't know what sauce I got...its off menu. (pro tip: order the off menu sauce sampler! It has one extra sauce to try thats not on the menu) But this has now become my go-to 'fancy' restaurant. Its so warm and inviting! Its vibrant! Its family!
